Analysis of adverse causes: chemical substances (sulfur, halogen and other substances) that lead to vulcanization exist in the environment of packaging workshop; The existence of sulfur and halogen components in LED structural parts, glue and environment, especially in welding and other high temperature link will accelerate the volatilization of such substances, which will affect the LED integrated light source caused by the internal bracket vulcanization, vulcanization of the bracket will affect the product heat dissipation and light parameters, the final result is that the LED dead light is not bright.
Improvement point: whether the packaging factory or the application factory should strictly control the chemical composition of the material, put an end to the use of sulfur-containing auxiliary materials (glue, washing water, packaging bags, gloves, etc.) and the control of sulfur composition in the environment. At the same time, the packaging factory must carry out anti-vulcanization test on the LED integrated light source.
